Well the new FK is out and once again a fantastic issue. The Elite Team had the project of creating a layout with a unique background. This is my contribution. Unfortunately in the magazine the colour looks really dull, I was so disappointed because I really love this layout. I was blown away by Amelia’s stitching in her layout though, OMG its all hand stitched. That girl has talent. Also have to quickly mention Kate Mason. Her work is amazing to say the least, and this issue highlights Kate’s amazing artistry in this industry.
Thank you so much to the response that I had for a online class. Wow guys thank you so much. (I can’t stop saying it). I have decided to go ahead and do a class now, and I promise I will try and make the layout as gorgeous as I can. Actually I’m in love with the New SEI range, so it will probably use those papers and black and white polka dot somewhere of course!!! I have heeps of deadlines at the moment, but I will let you know via my blog and email when the class goes ahead. Probably be round about October. For now I will leave you a sneak peak of these gorgeous papers that I want to use.
Update on Creative Edge. You should see the teacher line up. OMG...... Drumroll Please…… Maxine H , Sam Dorn, Kate Mason, ????? & me. (????? is a scrap teacher that is awesome and cutting edge. I can't announce her now, but she def. has the WOW factor). Kinda feel tacked onto an incredible line of talent. This is going to be a NOT TO BE missed conference. I will give you more details as they emerge.
OK. Time for a Tag. I have been tagged by the incredibally talented Miss Donna Wild.

6. Are you a dreamer or a dream seeker? Most definitely both. Dreaming about what could be is a part of my psyche. Making it happen is innate to my personality. I believe that dreaming gives the soul purpose and life meaning.
7. Are you happy with the way you life has turned out?
Looking back in retrospect I never realized how good God has been to me. Sure there have been moments of despair and questioning, but I am blessed with a husband that loves me deeply and a little girl who is everything I dreamed she would be. I have a art which I adore and find fulfillment, and I laugh every day. Apart from a little more money (lol) I am truly blessed.
8. Are you a scrapper and if so how many hours a week do you scrap? I am an on/off scrapper. Im an extremist. I would love to say I scrap every day but I don’t. I am either intensely into a project or not. I have a week of intensity (kinda a 24/7 week) and maybe a week off. With my creativity I need time out so I can come back refreshed, full of inspiration and creativity.
9. What do you want to do before you die? Immediate thought: Go back to Disneyland! There is nothing like becoming a child again. I rediscovered myself. A little deeper: I want to make something count and leave my mark somewhere. Doesn’t matter how tiny but if I can effect someone else’s life for pure good and effect change its all been worth it.
10. What is your favorite food?
Without doubt chocolate. OMG. Who needs sex!

Too many to even mention.
13. What is the happiest day of your life thus far?
Happiest – can’t choose their have been so many amazingly happy days I can’t single one out. Being a mum is probably the one, I am so in Love with Emma.
14. Are you a neat freak? Or a dirty house cleaner?
Oh God I wish I could be neat all the time. Once again I am an extremist. Either the house is insanely spotless (don’t sit down at the couch, other wise you can live somewhere else - kinda attitude) or the house looks like a cyclone went through it, followed by a demolition derby followed by a Bikie convention.
Ok, now to tag three gorgeous girls: Well has to be: Shirls, Katja & Kathy Pitt.
Oh bye the way Im on Broadband now.....the difference is unbelievable.......
There is a quote on Sam Dorn's Blog which I just have to share.
Each day comes bearing its own gift....untie the ribbons.
