Well I'm a miserable bear. Thick head, thumping headache, teeth aching and glands up. Where did I get this from??? I’m usually so healthy. Sob Sob...... You know when you are really not well, because even the idea of scrapping doesn't appeal.
Onto much happier things.....Looks like the Awards of Excellence Book is going to be released soon. ISC Gold Coast I would imagine.... Can't wait to see it and the calibre of work that was submitted for last years comp. OK. Time for you guys to front up. Who is going in for the ET Comp this year?? I know it was about this time last year when I made the decision to enter. Unfortunately I’m the kind of person who plans colour stories, concepts, etc and it was wonderful to have so much time to do it and not be rushed. So I encourage you, if you are pondering whether or not to enter, start jotting down ideas, colour stories that appeal, things that you notice around you on the street that you want to put in your layouts. Wow..... I can't wait to see your work. Yeh. Yeh.
This is a photo of Em I took this week. I'm so in love with her its criminal.
She's without doubt the air I breathe.
Latest SC has some gorgeous layouts in it. Just a few I noticed "Tempted" by Mel Diener...Gorgeous Mel.... "Just Because I love you" - Mischell....So beautiful....."One Wish" by Loretta Grayson...Divine and of course Donna's article and layout Eskimo. Her work is always jaw dropping. I am so inspired by other peoples work...especially the girls in Australia, its great to springboard ideas from aspects from other peoples work. So inspirational.
Got a photo call from Janine while I was at work on Tuesday. "Im looking at the Rhonna Farrer Clear Stamps if your interested" she says. OMG. Have you seen these??? They are so divine. My little face lit up like it was Christmas. I have been trying to get these stamps for nearlly 2 months now, and they have been sold out all over the US. Im now in possession of Swirls, Flowers and Nature. No doubt they will be popping up on my layouts everywhere......
This is another class I have done for SS. Been a busy little beaver lately......
Anyhow going to go..... feel a little down today.
Steph xx
